Coronation Street Spoilers: Peter Accepts Defeat While Thorne Wins? † soap

It seems the feud between Peter Barlow (Chris Gascoyne) and Mr Thorne (Dominic Mafham) is over on Coronation Street.

Ever since he learned that Mr. Thorne rushed his liver surgery for a bet, Peter has been determined to destroy his career.

On Monday, he was close to exposing Thorne, but actions by Simon (Alex Bain) caused Peter to lose the fight – again.

Simon was tricked into handing Thorne the dictaphone with his confession on, under the assumption that the surgeon would transfer Peter £100k.

Mr Thorne, of course, failed to go through with the plan and tonight Peter was a little lost.

When Mr Thorne approached Peter at the pub, he took great pleasure in reminding the former alcoholic that thanks to him he has a second chance at life – he should embrace it and make sure his health is in tip-top shape. rather all his effort is in the vendetta.

When Thorne left, Peter decided enough was enough and resorted to violence.

Peter grabbed one of Thorne’s golf clubs and then smashed his rental car, smashing the window and wing mirror to get the dodgy doctor out.

Fortunately, Adam (Sam Robertson) managed to intervene and stop Peter from continuing.

At home, Peter felt very rejected.

Ken (William Roache) and Carla (Alison King) listened in as Peter realized we still live in a world of hierarchy.

People like Thorne, who come from privileged backgrounds, aren’t treated the same as people like Peter – breaking that will be harder than Peter realized.

But will he give up?
