We only have less than two weeks to go before Nothing launches the Phone 1, and the company is definitely taking its time to issue key details before the release. We do not know official prices yet, but it looks like Amazon Germany may have jumped the favor (h / t: r / android).
Amazon Germany has posted lists for a Nothing Phone 1 along with the Ear 1 earbuds here. The bundle list indeed mentions standalone prices for two Nothing Phone 1 variants.
More specifically, the site lists an 8GB / 128GB model at € 469.99 (~ $ 491), while a 12GB / 256GB option will likely set you back € 549.99 (~ $ 575). Take a look at the screenshots below.
It is worth emphasizing that these may simply be placeholder prices and that actual prices may differ significantly. Indeed, we see some evidence of placeholder text in the form of the stated release date on October 26 – far off if you consider the launch in July.
In any case, the apparent price of € 469.99 for the base model will make the phone significantly cheaper than the Pixel 6 in Europe (launch at € 649) and slightly more expensive than the Galaxy A53 (launch price of € 449).
That being said, it’s confirmed that the Nothing Phone 1 has a mid-range Snapdragon 778G processor. We are therefore eager to see if this disc set choice has allowed it to offer improved features and specifications elsewhere.
