EAMONN Holmes revealed the emotional reason he did not watch This Morning.
The presenter, 62, left the daytime TV show in December after spending 15 years with his wife Ruth Langsford – before their Friday slot was given to Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary.

Now Eamonn – who said people on the street are still asking when he and Ruth will return – admitted he has not watched the program since.
He told the Mirror: “It would be too … sensitive. I mean, I spend every day going out on the streets and telling people, ‘Why are you and Ruth not up anymore?'”
Eamonn, who now hosts the breakfast show on GB News and also hosts his own BBC cooking show, maintains that he was never told why he and Ruth were replaced.
This came after his controversial remarks, suggesting that there may be a link between 5G masts and the spread of the coronavirus.
Asked if that was the reason for his dismissal, Eamonn said: “It has never been mentioned to me. If that were the case, it would at least be a reason.
“And if Give Me EasyJet [ITV boss Dame Carolyn McCall, ex-chief exec of EasyJet] wanted an apology or some kind of explanation, well. But she never picked up the phone and asked me. “
Eamonn then accused ITV of spreading lies about leaving to go to GB News.
“The department of disinformation at ITV can explain all the lies they want,” Eamonn said.
“I wish someone would show me the e-mail or the letter or that I was sent to say: ‘Eamonn, that’s why it’s coming to an end’.

An ITV spokesman vehemently denied Eamonn’s claims.
