Tom Hiddleston and fiancé Zawe Ashton have confirmed they are expecting their first child together

The 37-year-old actress looked radiant as she debuted her baby bump at the premiere of her latest film Mr. Malcolm’s List in New York.

The star wore a gorgeous floor-length nude dress with off-the-shoulder sleeves, a mesh cape and a bodice that emphasized her blooming tummy.

Ashton and Hiddleston, 41, confirmed their pregnancy to Vogue ahead of the premiere.

The parents-to-be first met when they played husband and wife in Harold Pinter’s Betrayal’s West End revival in 2019.

Earlier this month, Hiddleston confirmed that he had proposed in March.

Of their engagement to the Los Angeles Times, he said, “I’m very happy.”

The whisper of an engagement started in March when Ashton was spotted wearing a large diamond ring on her left hand.

Her star was first seen in a photo posted on Instagram by presenter AJ Odudu.

Neither Hiddleston nor Ashton commented at the time.

Hiddleston famously enjoyed a short-lived romance with Taylor Swift in 2016 following the singer’s split with Scottish DJ Calvin Harris.

At the time, he was ridiculed for being photographed wearing an “I heart TS” top, which he later claimed was a “joke”.

Since then, he has kept further romantic relationships close to his chest.
