A FORMER caregiver has claimed she now earns 33 times her old salary thanks to a supplement – and all she does is talk to people.

Latiesha Jones (21) started camgirling at the age of 19 while studying for her criminology degree at the University of Salford and working as a shop assistant for the supermarket chain Tesco.

After finding out she was earning an “easy” £ 300-an-hour, she started looking into setting up her own agency – Latiesha’s live.

Latiesha, from Manchester, UK, said: “It was so empowering, and I loved that I could make so much out of just an hour or so of talking to someone.

“People just like to talk about their lives and it’s a variety of people – from businessmen to family members.

“Sometimes they will ask you to flash your breasts, but you do what you are comfortable with.”

In August 2021, she decided to give the agency a chance and set up Latiesha’s live with 15 women on board.

She started a job as a career in October 2021 – working 75 hours a week and earning £ 1,200 a month – but continued in her spare time with camgirling and her agency.

“I’ve had camgirling for a while so I could advise girls what to put in their profiles and how to deal with the people calling,” she said.

“At first I still worked my job as a caregiver, which was a lot of work in a week.

“I soon realized I just wanted to focus on camgirling and my agency – and that was financially viable.”

In November 2021, Latiesha took the step to resign her job and take the agency full time.

“It was a bit of a whim, but I wanted to spend my time in it,” she said.

“It was up and down for a while, because one day you could make loads and the next have a quiet one.

“But now we are doing very well and had one of our best months yet.”

‘CUSTOMERS DON’T WANT TO TALK’

The women only do content that they are comfortable with, and Latiesha often says their clients just want a chat.

“I will talk to someone for 30 minutes, and the payment will cover my bills for the month,” she said.

“The girls do what they feel comfortable with – so that they can remain anonymous and work as much or as little as they want.

“I’m being honest with them and how we’re doing as a company.”

FAMILY SUPPORT

Most of Latiesha’s family and friends support her career choice.

“My nan loves it and she’s always eager to find out more and know how the girls are doing,” she said.

“My twin sister and friends are also so supportive.

“With statements it does not affect me, but I am looking for older guys who are open to me to do my own thing.

“I can meet those who oversexualize me because of my career – but I just stay away from them.”

Latiesha can now work on her own time rather than be limited to a nine to five, she said.

“I will never go back after that,” she said.

“I can pick up a lie in or some camgirling in the afternoon if I want to.

“But I am always there for the girls on my phone when they need me.

“It could be 04:00, but I am there for them.

“It’s a supportive community and I sincerely care about them.”

BUSINESS HAS GROWN

Having grown her business out of 15 camgirls, she now supports just under 100 women with their profiles and workload.

She takes a 10 percent reduction from her employees.

Latiesha added: “I love its freedom.

“I will never go back to a 9-5 job.

“I just threw the money around to start with, but I realized that I could make my camgirling career.

“Now I work whenever I want but I am always there on my phone for the girls.

“I like to give them the advice and support they need to feel empowered as camera girls as well.”
