Police officers escaped from the bag after being photographed kicking a 15-year-old girl to the ground and receiving a written warning.

An undesignated male officer was caught on September 26 by a camera kicking a teenager in Norwich with his hips.

Norfolk police said police officers received a final written warning of the illegal activity.

The unit initially referred the case to the Independent Police Department of Action, but was returned for an internal review by Norfolk police.

A spokesperson for the Norfolk Police said:

Video of the incident outside the Indian restaurant shows that another police officer is trying to arrest the woman, while the second is trying to intervene.

Another police officer arrives at the scene and helps to detain the woman to the ground first.

In the midst of the turmoil, the second mate, believed to be 15 years old, tries to separate the second mate from the arrested woman.

A few seconds later, the male officer in question can be seen rushing to the scene, kicking a teenager and pushing her to the ground, shouting “move back.”

While the policeman is handcuffing, the girl screams and says, “Don’t kneel on my belly.”

Dexter Hannah, 41, who filmed the incident, claimed that the policeman “did not ask anything” before kicking the teenager.

But when he caught the case in the video, the girls added, “I was trying to impress me.”

Dexter said:’There was a policeman, and he was trying to be kind when he tried to detain her.

“Then she was doing more shows when I started recording.

“They were bullying him [the officer] And almost beat him.

“When the other came, he didn’t ask any questions. He just made a big flying kick.”
