Adele even said he was so angry about that Empire threatened to beat him up.
But she managed to defuse the tension by revealing what actually happened – the male fan had tried to tow a car towards her midway through her performance.

Speak on stage The Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace the next evening, Adele said, “Someone texted me something this morning saying a man tried to give me his number last night as I was walking through here.
“He wasn’t, he was just trying to get me to buy a car from him.
“I told my boyfriend and he was furious. He was like, ‘That man is going to sleep’.”
The Londoner, who was in good shape for the third series of shows at her Weekends With Adele residence, went on to criticize so-called stars who make music documentaries.
But she did so while praising her friend Lizzo and stressing that her recent film on American television, Love, Lizzo, was one of the few good ones.
Adele explained: “I’ve seen her from time to time and we’ve had some really great one-on-one type emotional girlfriend talks and stuff and I really think highly of her.
And her documentary. . . I hate music documentaries. I don’t have time for anyone making documentaries in their 30s or 40s. Get out of town unless you’re Tina Turner or The Beatles.
“But I absolutely loved it, it was so heartfelt. It was so truthful. I enjoyed it so much and I laughed and cried.
“I loved seeing all the images and pictures of her when she was little. She’s such a great person.
“She’s so thoughtful, she sends you flowers, she remembers things about you. She is amazing.”
Regardless of what she says, I have no doubt Adele will be dropping her own documentary soon.

The Die Of A Broken Heart singer’s album has taken an early lead in the midweek chart update, ahead of Taylor Swift’s Midnights at No. 2 and Cliff Richard’s Christmas With Cliff at No. 3.
Meanwhile, Fleetwood Mac’s music is skyrocketing up the charts after Christine McVie’s death last week.
The group’s 1977 album Rumors is up 200 percent and charts at No. 9, while their greatest hits collection is at No. 14.
Lew is new to Matt
LEWIS CAPALDI has spoken out about how his second album will be very similar to his debut because it was so successful.

But it sounds like he’s ready to do something completely different on his third album after hitting the studio with The 1975 frontman Matt Healey.
They wrote together Lewisupcoming record Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent, but the track was deemed too “weird”.
Lewis explained: “The song we wrote is really good and I love it. And I listen to it all the time.”
But when asked if it would be on the album, he replied, “No. Because it’s weird. It’s because it’s good, really weird and I’m not there yet.
“Maybe we’ll get a little freaky with it on the next record.
“It was so great to be in a room with him. And then I had to do a few more sessions with him and I got Covid so I couldn’t do it. But we made a song out of it.”
The singer, whose new single Pointless charted at No. 5 on the weekday charts, went on to say that it was his sense of humor that initially caught Matty’s attention.
Speaking to Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1, Lewis said, “He initially reached out to me on Twitter and was like, ‘Mate, you’re class,’ talking more about interviews and stuff.
“He said, ‘It would be good to get together, write some songs and write some funny lyrics’.”

DAWN FRENCH is convinced that the Queen used to move around on a skateboard because she couldn’t get over how fast the late monarch moved.
Speaking on the Here Lies Dawn French podcast, the comedian said: “I’ve actually met her a few times, and I’ll tell you something.
“She wasn’t tall, so I like someone of my level that I can look straight in the eye.
“I could also believe she was on a skateboard under the dress because when I met her at Windsor Castle for an artsy fart, she slid over to me.
“She was moving very, very fast or being pulled along on a skateboard.
“She was suddenly standing next to me and that was quite alarming. I saw her across the room and suddenly she was standing next to me. But she was very nice to me.”

THERE have been reboots of almost every movie franchise, so I assume Cardi B jumps at the chance to take over Hugh Jackman in a new version of Wolverine.

The WAP rapper showed off these ridiculously long nails over a weekend in Miami, making her hands look just like those of Hugh’s character in the series of films.
Hugh played the role in nine movies, from 2000’s X-Men to 2017’s Logan, but last year he ruled himself out of a return.
He said at the time: “It’s still a character very close to my heart. But I know it’s done. Tell that to whoever you want.”
Cardi has had a handful of acting roles, including in Jennifer Lopez’s stripper drama Hustlers.

Peter Blake, the legendary genius behind groundbreaking album covers including The Beatles’ Sgt Peppers and Live Aid, celebrated his 90th birthday this weekend at a star-studded gathering – thanks to Paul Weller who put together a breathtaking lineup of A-listers who had worked with him throughout a great career.
But while these evenings can occasionally lead to an excruciating battle for the top bill among invitees, Friday’s performance was a party in every sense of the word – with celebrities like Noel GallagherChrissy Hynde, The Who and Madness are content to share the praise and play second fiddle to the inspirational artist – who joked, “It’s not actually my birthday, but it’s close enough.”
Contributions from fellow star names including Damien Hirst, Tracey Emin and David Hockney added to the sense of grandeur.
The night was a reminder that when art forms collide, the result can be so much more than the sum of its parts – while hits like The Pretenders’ 2000 Miles and Oasis’s best back catalog stood out in a sea of brilliance.
In 15 years of reviewing performances, I can’t remember a more beautiful mix of artistic magic.
