Jordie Barrett: There were some nice feelings and I was rewarded with my first attempt when running fast and digging holes. 12th in the final quarter. One complete kickout mistake. 6/6 slots from the tee. 7

Severis: A sizzling 80 meter runaway effort for the second AB attempt. Always a threat with hot feet, strong defense was the key to this. 8

Rieko Ioane: Tri-saving tackle twice a minute around the hour mark. There aren’t many balls in the universe, but they’re tidy with what he got. 7

Quinn to Pair: Excellent and powerful carry to get AB beyond the advantage line and sufficient defense. Follow the grabber. Replace with 3/4 mark. 7.5 7.5

Leicester Fainga’anuku: Fine debut. A nervous first touch, a touch that slipped through the kick clearance, but continued to show his merchandise. Carried in close contact, caught in the rack, pulled the intercept and slowed down the tray saving tackle. I’m sure I will go again. 7.5 7.5

Beauden Barrett: I enjoyed a better ride thanks to the step-up of the AB pack. Try saving the intercept early. Try Tupaea’s beautiful grabber. We will return to full back in Final 20. 7

Aaron Smith: In the first match, six weeks after the groin injury, lit up within 60 minutes and pulled all the correct strings highlighted with a stunning snipe from the rack and chips for the final first half attempt. I chased and batted back. Play off at 20. 8.5 8.5

Ardie Savea stood out for the All Blacks in his first test victory over Ireland.

Ardie Savea: He jumped into the loose ball to finish Smith’s superwork, then gained his own stanza and rolled AB on the second stanza. He also won a fair share of lineout balls at the front desk. He took over the captain late. 9

Sam Cane: When Ringrose broke early, he had to make sure all his ribs were there, but with a solid defensive effort he later became a big hit. Play off at 13. 6

Scott Barrett: Just what Foster wanted to see in his big call to pick him at number 6. Each time he touched the ball, he lowered his head to break the gain line and gave AB the ball on his forefoot. I made 20 tackles for Game High. 9

Sam Whitelock: It overtook Keven Mealamu to become the second-capped AB in history, and continued his recent great shape with great link play for the first attempt and an impressive sales win. And it starts with 17 tackles. 7.5 7.5

Brodie Retallick: I got muscular with some important tackles and cleanouts. I cut out the big bang under my eyes, but soon after I woke up, I stole the Irish lineout and made a lot of sales for the mall. 8

Ofa Tu’ungafashi: With his haunch after an early knock, but soon after winning a key scrum penalty at AB under the pump, he continued to put pressure on it. Off after 55 minutes. 7

Code Taylor: I feel the pressure from Taukei Aho. The first lineout was lost, with a messy mall transfer that flipped the ball, giving a lazy second half penalty. Off with 20 remaining. Five

George Bower: I often went around the park and started work during scrum. Exchange on the hour. 7
