ANTHONY JOSHUA looked frighteningly quick when he gave some insight into training for next month’s reunion against Oleksandr Usyk.
The British behemoth (32) wants revenge on his Ukrainian rival by winning back the WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO heavyweight titles in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Usyk taught Joshua a lesson in boxing when he won his first fight at Tottenham’s stadium last year.
And AJ leaves no stone unturned as he prepares breathtakingly for the second collision.
Joshua posted a video on social media doing various exercises to build up his speed, stamina and strength in the ring.
The Watford boy was sweating as he put his body through his peace with some cruel workouts.
And Joshua fired a warning to Usyk by demonstrating his astonishing hand speed while he was working on his stitching.
It was indeed a heartwarming workout as he ended with a self-massage, and Joshua captioned the video: “Friday’s finish.”
The track elicited numerous reactions from star-enriched fans, with one saying, “Playtime Champion!”
Another declared: “I will rejoice for you Anthony Joshua!”

One beamed, “Loading another world record.”
One added: “All the best champion.”
Should Joshua win the rematch against Usyk, he could eventually fight WBC champion Tyson Fury in an effort to unite the heavyweight division.
Joshua also exclusively told SunSport he plans to unveil a new outing song.
And he has dropped some big stars he would like to work with.
AJ said: “Skrapz, Giggs, or Digga D or Central Cee.
“They are the younger generation that is coming through.
“I talk to Digga quite often. He’s cool, so maybe Digga.”
