For the fourth year in a row, Apple Card has achieved the highest customer satisfaction score among co-branded credit cards with no annual fees, as assessed by JD Power.
Apple introduced the Apple Card in 2019 in partnership with Goldman Sachs. And since its inception, the Apple Card has been a hit with cardholders.
That's why the tech giant has secured its fourth consecutive win in J.D. Power's ranking for the best co-branded credit card for no annual fee customer satisfaction in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction Study.
The Apple Card has many features that set it apart from competitors. Apple says the credit card was designed with its users’ financial health in mind. Deep integration into the Wallet app lets users keep track of their spending at a glance. Plus, the card has no fees.
And of course, Apple is incentivizing cardholders to use the card by allowing them to automatically deposit their Daily Cash into their bank account. Apple Savings account. Apple Savings also has no fees, no minimum balance requirements, and users can fund their savings with a linked bank account in addition to Daily Cash.
While customers are largely happy with the Apple Card, it appears Goldman Sachs is not. In November, it was claimed that the bank would no longer issue the card at the beginning of 2025.
