Everyone loves music and everyone loves statistics. That’s why Spotify Wrapped is so popular. Determined not to be left out of the party, Apple Music has its own version that tells its subscribers what they listened to the most that year (or in previous years), as well as other interesting stats and a handy playlist of those songs. Here’s how to find Apple Music Replay, either on the app or on the web.

How to find your Apple Music Replay on the mobile application
Most people are going to use Apple Music on their iOS mobile devices or the Mac computer. In that case you have to choose Listen now in the left sidebar and scroll to the very bottom. As well as the current year, you will also see previous years, as long as you were an Apple Music subscriber.


you can click + Add to place the playlist in the Playlists section or click Play to start playing the playlist.

By scrolling a little further, you will see the actual playlist, sorted by the number of times you played a specific song this year. Yes, I have some unique musical tastes – I’m an 80’s kid after all.

If you scroll down even further, you get more stats, including how many artists you listened to this year, along with your top three favorites.

Finally, at the bottom, you can access the playlists from previous years, in case you want to go on a further nostalgia journey.

When will Apple Music Replay be updated?
The current year’s playlist does not seem to start long after the New Year and will be constantly updated every time you listen to something on Apple Music. There seems to be no delay between listening to something and updating the stats.
