They did not criticize Judge Arbus Knot and said they would give reasons for their decision at a later date.
Judge Arbus Knot argued that he had not conducted a “comprehensive” analysis of evidence as to whether life-sustaining treatment should be continued.
I suggested that the analysis was not the “gold standard” and told the appellate judge that “the issue of life and death requires reaching the gold standard.”
Judge Appeal said the case would be reviewed by Judge Hayden.
