ARSENAL have signed Manchester City forward Gabriel Jesus to a five-year deal for £45 million.
The 25-year-old Brazilian has been linked with a move to the Emirates since the end of last season.
And now it is reported that he has agreed to personal terms and will become Mikel Arteta’s latest signing.
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano tweeted: “Gabriel Jesus to Arsenal, here we go!
“Personal conditions fully agreed with his agent Marcelo Pettinati and his two partners. Gabriel signs until 2027, it is 100% ready. 🚨⚪️🔴 #AFC
Arsenal have already agreed a €45m fee with Manchester City, as was revealed on Friday.
“Edu & Arteta, key to the deal.”
Jesus scored 95 goals in 236 appearances for Man City after joining the club for £27 million in January 2017.
He joins the high profile signing of Fabio Vieira, who signed with The Gunners for £30million earlier this summer.
The attacking midfielder made the switch from Porto as Arteta looks to strengthen his squad for the new season.
