Beyoncethe new album, Renaissance, officially dropped on Friday, July 29, although the long-awaited project unfortunately leaked two days early. However, the loyal fans of Queen Bey (known as the “Bey Hive”) waited until the proper release time to listen to the 16-track album. Before that, Beyonce, 40, expressed her gratitude to her fans in a message posted on her Twitter.

“So the album has been leaked and you’ve all been waiting for the right release time so you can all enjoy it together,” Beyonce wrote. “I’ve never seen anything like it. I cannot thank you enough for your love and protection. I appreciate you calling early on someone trying to sneak into the club. It means the world to me.”

The Grammy Award winner continued in her message to her fans: “Thank you for your unwavering support. Thank you for your patience. We are going to take our time and enjoy the music. I will continue to give everything and do my best to bring your joy I love you very much.”
In another photo from the same slideshow, Beyonce promoted the album in a super* Gucci Love Parade look 41 ensemble with a shiny silver pleated dress with satin, velvet and long wide sleeves.
Renaissance is Beyonce’s first studio album since 2016 Lemonade. It contains 16 songs, including “Break My Heart”, which Bey released as the lead single on June 20. Other songs include “Plastic On The Sofa,” where Bey is seemingly referring to her husband. JAY-Zis past tense of deceit.
