Original Big Brother presenter Davina McCall shared a photo of her cuddling Brian Dowlingwho took over as host in 2010.

Also present for the selfie was Brian’s husband Arthur Gourounlian, with Davina captioning it: “Look who I bumped into!!!” She added a series of red heart emojis, proving there are no hard feelings.

Brian first lashed out at the television star in 2020 when presenter Davina insisted he was invited to join the show one-time Best Ever Series show after fans wondered why he couldn’t participate.

But Brian, who was replaced as Big Brother presenter by Emma Willis in 2013 after two years, said he didn’t feel it was Davina’s place to comment and the pair got involved in a very public spat.

AJ Odudu drops a huge hint that she got a Big Brother hosting job with cryptic comment

He later opened up about the fallout, telling The Sun: “I have no excuses for things that were said.

“I know what happened to me during my time on that show — Davina McCall doesn’t know that because she wasn’t on the show.

“She quit her job and left the Channel 4 show, and she gave me her microphone.”

Shortly after the feud started, he said, “I was a bit out of my mind because I was pretty surprised they did a Best Bits of Big Brother.

“Davina, Emma and Rylan had a conversation and they talked about Emma being the presenter after Davina.

“I was like ‘well no, because obviously I was the presenter after Davina’.

“There were only three Big Brother hosts – Davina, me and Emma – and I felt like I was being overlooked.

“I just went there to deal with it. But I didn’t expect it to turn out like Davina and everything she said.

“I just wanted someone to acknowledge that I hosted it when it moved from Channel 4 to Channel 5. Nobody did.”
