During PMQ’s premier Boris Johnson faced massive calls from MPs and ministers for his resignation as leader of the Conservative Party and Britain. At the end of the recently resigned Sajid, Javid MPs decided to say “Bye Boris!” This caused PMQ’s livestream to be briefly cut short. Politicians across the political spectrum expressed how unhappy they are with Mr Johnson’s leadership qualities.
Mr Javid said: “And if I can continue to contribute to public life and my party from the back seat, it will be a privilege to do so.”
Mr Speaker said: “May I say to the House that there will be no more personal statements today.”
When Mr Speaker finished addressing government ministers and MPs, a barrage of them concluded “Bye Boris!”
Calls for Mr Johnson’s resignation have become overwhelming over the latest Tory share scandal involving sexual assault allegations.
