“While quietly whispering, the global UK is leading the way,” Davis said in a poll.
The comment was also made after Liz Truss and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba wrote a joint article in the telegram detailing how to stop Putin’s war in Ukraine.

Davis, who succeeded Paul Davis as the leader of the Wales opposition in January 2021, helped the Conservatives secure the highest-ever election record in the 2021 Senade election.
Conservatives have returned 16 members to Cardiff Bay, two more than the 14 elected in 2011.
However, Davis recently fired a broadside gun at Boris Johnson after the Prime Minister led the Tories to a double blow of by-election defeat last week.
“Last night was a difficult night to say the least,” Davis told the BBC Radio Wales after losing to Tiberton & Honiton in Wakefield.
