Britney Spears says former business manager lies about conservatory involvement

Britney Spears‘Lawyer calls BS on her former business manager and claims that the owner of the company lied about his involvement with the conservatory, and THAT’s why he objects to obscure critical actions over his behavior.

Britney’s lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, filed legal documents obtained by Olasmediatv.com sê and says Tri Star Entertainment – which he said took more than $ 18 million from the Conservatives’ 13-year run – lied to the judge by claiming that he had no had no involvement in the creation of the conservatism. Rosengart notices… just in front jamie spears went to court and became his daughter’s temporary conservator, he borrowed a minimum of $ 40,000 from Tri Star, which at the time was a fairly obscure company and did not represent any other celebrities.

Rosengart believes the money was strictly attached… that Jamie would get the cash and Tri Star would get Britney’s business. The lawyer has said in the past, this alleged quid pro quo is highly suspicious if not improper, and he wants Tri Star to deliver all the do * ents related to the issue, but Tri Star wants a judge must reverse that step.

Britney’s lawyer takes note of Tri Star’s owner, ou taylor, apparently said her company had “no role whatsoever in creating a conservancy for Britney Spears”. Taylor se * ociate, Robin Greenhillsaid in an affidavit, “By the time the conservatism … was established by this court in early 2008, Tri Star had no role in Ms. Spears’ case.”

Rosengart says this is just untrue, referring to an email from Lou Taylor to Jamie in January 2008, weeks before the Conservatory was founded, in which she wrote, “he [attorney Andrew Wallet] and three star will serve as co-stars [i.e., co-conservators] w you. ” Taylor wrote another email to another lawyer before the conservatory was set up, saying, “I look forward to working with you.”

And, there is this… one of Britney’s lawyers sent an email to Taylor before he went to court and created the temporary conservatism, saying: “We had a problem with [the] Judgment… the only judge who will be able to hear our case on Friday is the one drug [sic] who will not give Jamie the power to administer psychotropic drugs. ”

Rosengart notes that during the retention period, Tri Star received a 5% reduction from whatever Britney made, amounting to more than $ 18 million. He also says Tri Star’s celebrity clients – which include members of the Kardashian family and Travis Scott – was built from the back of one Britney Spears.

And, Rosengart wants to do * ent * to determine Tri Star’s role, if any, in secretly monitoring Britney’s communications, including her text messages. Of course, the lawyer also wants Tri Star’s communication with Jamie Spears about the latter’s actions in the conservatism.

The judge has yet to decide whether Tri Star should submit the documents.
