Builders Arrive At “Wrong House” And Renovate Kitchen After Owner Leaves Door Unlocked OLASMEDIA TV NEWSThis is what we have for you today:
A woman was shocked when she returned home to find a group of builders doing renovations in her kitchen, despite not having anything planned.
Chloe Fountain had a similar incident last year when construction workers showed up in her yard to carry out work.
The same mistake was recently repeated when she returned home to find workers in her kitchen.
She took to TikTok to share the latest incident, writing, “Why does it keep happening? Workers ended up at the wrong house again.”
In a video shared on TikTok, she sees Chloe enter her house and immediately notices that there are others, so she starts filming.
She looks around and sees four construction workers in her kitchen drilling on the kitchen worktop.
“You have the wrong house!” she screams, but they can’t hear the loud drilling noise.
She then tells her TikTok followers: “One of the guys is now talking to his boss. I think I have damn granite now (in my kitchen).”
After the mistake, she revealed that the builders had made her pay for the unplanned renovation.
She wrote: “They gave me a bill, I’m not going to show it to you and I paid for it. I love it, thank you! Love mistakes.”
Viewers accused Chloe of planning the renovations, while claiming it was a mistake. They suggested that the builders would not have been able to make the changes because of the layouts in different houses.
However, Chloe debunked the rumours, telling the Daily Star: “They put granite in my kitchen. So where I live, the houses are all ‘cookie cutters’, they all have the exact same layout.
“I was out shopping and I don’t lock my door. I live in a small town adjacent to Detroit, super safe.”
