The 26-year-old Onana came to Inter on a free transfer from Ajax last summer.

But Drunk could soon move to England, wie Gazzetta dello Sport claim that Chelsea and United are interested.

The Blues are poised to sell Edouard Mendy this summer, still harboring some doubts about Kepa Arrizabalaga’s abilities as first-choice goalkeeper.

As for United, they could lose David De Gea on a free transfer as both sides struggle to agree a new deal.

And Inter would like £35 million to sell Onana, who is a battle on the field with teammate Edin Dzeko last month.

However, Chelsea is willing to offer several stars in exchange for a lower fee.

Romelu Lukaku is already on loan at Inter and the Blues could pave the way for a second season by signing Onana.

Inter have also shown concrete interest in Trevoh Chalobah, who has fallen down the league table under Graham Potter.

And the Italians also like the look of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – ideally on a free transfer.

As a result, Chelsea reportedly beat United in the Onana race.

But the stopper played under Erik ten Hag at Ajax.

And that could sway things in United’s favor if they took a formal approach.
