A chilling final photo shows a nurse climbing 60 feet to a rickety cable car just before plunging to her death.
Yasmili Araujo, 23, had gone to a water park with her boyfriend and friends on July 2.

Witnesses said they climbed to the top of the zipline platform without any protection at the Piracema Park Club in Brazil†
But just before she was offered a safety harness, she slipped through a hole and fell to the ground.
She fell as much as 66 feet, according to firefighters who treated her at the scene in the northern city of Rio Branco.
Paramedics took her to hospital with multiple fractures, but the tragic nurse died of a heart attack en route.
Chilling footage from the water park shows Yasmili climbing a ladder to the platform before disappearing through a hole and tumbling to her death.
Police have now launched an investigation into her tragic death.
Deputy Alex Danny Tavares told… G1: “We have set up a procedure to find out what really happened.
“We do not know whether the site has been preserved as it should have been, the expertise was not called and the emergency services were not called.
“However, the expertise to be requested has already been done and we are going to hear witnesses.
“What will help are the people and the data of the situation.
“From now on, we will hear witnesses, wait for the outcome of the expertise, along with elements of information and witnesses and images from the site.”
Fire Lieutenant Eurico Fernando said the zipline launch pad hadn’t even been signed off by an engineer.
Mr. Fernando also said the park is not authorized for zip lines.
And he even claimed it was only hastily installed the morning the graduate died.
He said: “It was mounted at the last minute, it was ready on the morning of the 2nd.
“They did it very quickly. Possibly this haste in assembling this structure is a predominant factor in trying to explain what happened.”
In a statement, the water park said: “Piracema Park Club provided full support and attention to the young woman’s family and closed the attraction’s activities after the accident…
“It will only become operational again after an investigation by the relevant authorities into the causes of the accident.”
