Toyah Battersby (Georgia Taylor) put on a brave face in Coronation Street tonight and returned to work at Underworld.

To pay for her legal costs, Toyah confidently entered the factory and jumped to work.
Toyah ignored some remarks from Beth (Lisa George), but soon started talking to customers – which caused a problem for Sarah (Tina O’Brien) and Jo Lafoe.
Jo reminded Sarah that it really does not look good to employ someone who has just been charged with murder and later Toyah lost her job.
With no money and no job, we know Toyah diverts her attention in Friday’s episode by participating in the protest against waste incineration.
