Love is on the horizon for Glenda Shuttleworth (Jodie Prenger) in Coronation Street next week, when she finds herself sharing a kiss with someone we definitely didn't expect.

Suffice to say, Glenda needs a little luck right now. After he became involved in a pub burglary, Glenda then made a shocking discovery about her father's will.
It became clear that Archie, Glenda and George's (Tony Maudsley) father, left the funeral home in both their names, and not just George's.
It left Glenda determined to do something about it, but she faced the wrath of George – someone who believes she is incapable of running a serious business – several times.
In upcoming episodes, when George asks how her purchase of Little Big Shotz is going, Glenda evades and tells Michael that her brother still doesn't know she's suing him over the will.
Glenda and Michael spend time together that afternoon, while she tells her new friend she feels bad about suing her brother. However, when Michael reminds her that Archie wanted her to get half of the company, Glenda is grateful for his support.
During the week, Dee-Dee (Channique Sterling-Brown) meets Glenda and reveals that she also has a claim to half of George's house. While George tries to impress a potentially lucrative client, Dee-Dee arrives and delivers the letter detailing Glenda's claim for half the company and the house.

When a furious George storms into the pub, he berates Glenda, but she sticks to her guns and tells her sibling that she will see him in court.
Later, Glenda opens up to Michael, saying that George was their father's favorite and she was always second fiddle.
Michael assures her she's kind, funny and smart – then pulls her in for a kiss!
