There’s a lot of bedroom action in Coronation Street for Sally (Sally Dynevor) and Tim (Joe Duttine), but unfortunately it’s not the kind of action they both fervently hopes for.
While Tim struggles with persistent impotence issues, it apparently gives him sleepless nights and he tosses back and forth in the marital bed. It’s all too much for Sally, whose own sleep is disturbed by her restless bed partner – not to mention that she’s also deeply concerned about him and how much of an impact his impotence is having on him.
After a romp in the hot tub that almost but not quite got him in the mood, Sally suggested he investigate pop star Sting’s views on tantric sex. Tim wanted to try everything, and after preparing a romantic meal for Sally, he announced that he was feeling much more positive – but it was clear that even Sting wasn’t helping.
Still determined to get their once active love life back on track, Tim suggests that Sally attend the upcoming Casino Night at the Bistro and get dressed for the occasion.
Sally loves a chic night out and she’s overjoyed to see Tim in a tuxedo and her in a chic cocktail dress partying all night long at the glamorous roulette tables of… well, the Bistro.
Will the excitement of a flutter at the tables make the pulses beat faster overall? Sally and Tim bet all their hopes on it.
