CORONATION Street star Alan Halsall opened up about his split from his Cobbles co-star Tisha Merry following their split.
The married couple called it a day in February after five years together.

Alan41, has played mechanic Tyrone Dobbs for 26 years Tisha30, spent five years as waitress Steph Britton.
The actor shared a light-hearted joke on social media about the lack of adult time he's had lately.
He shared one get it of his new lustful dog trying to hump his leg and cheekily wrote: “Apparently we're not best friends.
“Most action I've had in a while ffs fml,” with a face in hand emoji.

The couple, who met on the set of the ITV soapbroke up at the beginning of this year.
An insider said yesterday: “Alan and Tisha had a lot of love for each other and really had the same interests, enjoyed socializing and go on holiday together.
“But they started to drift apart and felt the pressure to make their own relation work on top of it. They realized they weren't on the same page and breaking up felt like the best option.
“They focused on themselves and surrounded themselves with their own friends.
“Tisha moved out of Alan's house about a month ago and is throwing herself into her work.”
Alan was forced to withdraw I'm a celebrity at the end of last year and took time off from Corrie after major knee surgery.
It is believed he injured himself while playing sports and has a reconstructive anterior cruciate ligament surgery in November.
Alan has daughter Sienna, aged ten, with his ex-wife – the former Corrie and Hollyoaks actress Lucy-Jo Hudson40.
The couple was married from 2009 to 2018.
Tisha, who deleted all of Alan's photos of her Instagram account, was released last year BBC medical soap Doctors.
On Valentine's DayAlan shared a photo of his daughter and called her “My Valentine”, while Tisha posted a cryptic message about “fears and insecurities”.
They were yoga buddies before they started dating after Tisha left Corrie in 2019.
She moved to Alan's house in Worsley, Greater Manchester, soon after.
In 2020, she told OK Magazine: “It is true Nice we have created a strong foundation for something romantic.”
