FIZ Stape’s love story with Phill Whittaker takes them down the aisle next week – but there’s trouble brewing.
Emmerdale star Louise Marwood makes her Coronation Street debut as Phill’s ex-wife (and brand new villain) Camilla.
Phill (portrayed by Jamie Kenna) is convinced Fiz (Jennie McAlpine) is the one for him and asked her to get her hand in the marriage.
Despite finding out that he intended to write a book about her association with serial killer John Stape, and feeling betrayed in the process, Fiz accepted, finally ready to continue with the former flame Tyrone Dobbs.
But there is another ex who will cause a stir before the couple’s wedding.
The lovebirds are rattled when Phill’s ex-wife Camilla arrives in the rocks – what was she planning?
In scenes due to air, Camilla arrives in Weatherfield days before the wedding, steps out of a car dramatically and introduces herself to Fiz.
Phill is stunned, but assures that Fiz has nothing to fear from Camilla, as he plans to go through the wedding.
With things already starting rocky due to Evelyn Plummer’s feud with Mimi Whittaker, Fiz feels compelled to invite Camilla to her hendo at the Rovers later this week.
But things get awkward during a match between Mr and Mrs, as it’s clear Camilla knows Phill much better than Fiz.

Camilla makes things worse when she claims Phil wants her back and they are still in love.
Later, Fiz confronts her future husband about apparent emails he sent to Camilla.
Phill maintains he felt nothing, which led to his mother Mimi being accused of doing it for him.
Roaring, Phill banishes the snobbish character (played by Margot Leicester) from the house and his wedding.
But is Mimi really to blame?

Or could Camilla have a few tricks up her sleeve to sabotage Fiz and Phill’s big day?
Former Emmerdale actress Louise Marwood will join the series as the new character.
The 43-year-old is best known for the role of the late Chrissie White in the ITV Dales, who played the character between 2014 and 2018.
In 2010, she briefly appeared for the first time in the Yorksire-based soap opera as Fiona Heath.
Louise talked about her Emmerdale retirement in 2018 and said, “I’m going back to London now, so who knows what’s next?”
“It’s that thing of auditions going. It was the right time to leave, because three years is a good time to do.”
“It’s very tempting to stay, but my life is in London, so it was time to go.”
Louise has kept a low profile since her service in Emmerdale.
How will her time run out in the rocks?
Coronation Street is broadcast on ITV on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
