Dan Stevens, Jessica Henwick Join Hunter Schafer Horror – The Hollywood Reporter

Dan Stevens and Jessica Henwick have jumped on board writer-director Tilman Singer’s horror photo Cuckoo for Neon, which has just finished shooting in Germany.
The project is led by Euphoria star Hunter Schaferalso starring Gemma Chan, Marton Csókás, Greta Fernández and Sofia Boutella.

Plot details are still being kept secret, while post-production kicks off ahead of the film’s 2023 release. Cuckoo is Singer’s second feature after his supernatural horror film luzu

Ken Kao and Josh Rosenbaum of Waypoint Entertainment are co-producing with Markus Halberschmidt and Maria Tsigka of Fiction Park and Thor Bradwell.

Neon funded the horror photo. The executive producer credits are shared by Tom Quinn, Jeff Deutchman, Emily Thomas and Ryan Friscia. Cuckoo is produced by Markus Halberschmidt, Josh Rosenbaum, Maria Tsigka, Ken Kao, Thor Bradwell and Ben Rimmer at the Fiction Park and Waypoint Entertainment image.

Stevens currently directs the Starz series gas lit and will star in Warner Bros. and Legendary’s upcoming godzilla vs. Kong continuation.

Henwick recently played in The Matrix: Resurrections and the next one has Neon’s The Royal Hotel opposite Julia Garner. She will next be seen in the Russo Bros. big budget Netflix movie the gray manand will return to the streamer in the fall for Rian Johnson’s sequel to Knives Out, Glass Onion
