Doja Cat loses 200K followers after slamming Noah Schnapp who won 2M

Doja Cat has lost more than 200,000 followers on Instagram after calling “Stranger Things” star Noah Schnapp “socially ignorant and crazy” for posting their DMs in a since-deleted TikTok.

The rapper made headlines after receiving strong reactions from Noah Schnapp’s fans.

The online feud between the two started after the actor shared screenshots of a private conversation in which Doja expressed her romantic interest in his co-star Joseph Quinn, who plays Eddie Munson in the horror drama show.

Days after the video went viral on TikTok, the 26-year-old went live on Instagram, calling Schnapp’s video “borderline snake s–t, that’s like weasel s–t.”

Before ending her diatribe, the “Say So” singer changed her tone a bit, noting that Noah is young and he has to make mistakes to learn from them.

“Like, you should do that so you know you can’t do that in the future. I did my fair share of f–k ups so I don’t do any more f–k ups,” said Doja.

While Doja felt she was disrespected, some fans felt the singer was not lining up to meet the young actor.

Many loyal fans of the singer defended her reaction, saying that his age did not excuse his actions. Schnapp has not yet commented publicly, but has removed the video from his profile.

Social Media Analytics Company social knife has since measured a sharp drop in Doja Cat’s Instagram account, from 24.34 million to 24.14 million in less than a week. Meanwhile, Schnapp’s number of followers has risen from 24.25 million to 25.17 million over the same period.
