The Taylors soon find themselves in EastEnders with huge money worries when Felix (Matthew James Morrison) makes a costly mistake.
It all comes in the wake of Avery’s (Omar Lye-Fook) death. While Finlay (Ashley Byam) and Felix discussed plans for an extravagant funeral to celebrate their father, Karen (Lorraine Stanley) and Mitch (Roger Griffiths) made the shocking discovery that Avery died penniless.
Karen still wants to do the best for Felix and give Finlay and Avery a proper goodbye. She scrapes together the money she can and gives it to the brothers so they can buy everything they need for Avery’s “Nine Nights” – a celebration to celebrate his life.
While Felix and Finlay go to the shops, Felix sees Kim (Tameka Empson) and hands her a lipstick they were talking about earlier. Later, he panics when he realizes that all the money Karen has given them for the… shop is in the bag with the lipstick.
Worse yet, Kim threw the bag away! The brothers go through the bins to find the bag, but they’re out of luck – the money is gone.
The brothers are confronted with the news to Karen that they have lost all her money. How will she react?
