EASTENDERS star Louisa Lytton has finally landed in Italy to get married after she postponed the wedding THREE times.
Last week, the actress – who played Ruby Allen in the BBC soap between 2005 and 2006, then from 2018 to 2021 – was scheduled to fly to Italy to finally marry his fiancée Ben Bhanvra this weekend.
Louisa, 33, and Ben have already had to postpone their big day twice due to the pandemic that has put their travel plans on hold.
And last week they had to change their plans AGAIN after contracting Covid.
After a few bumps in the road, the couple and daughter Aura managed to get to the sunny land.
Louisa has shared a number of snaps on her Instagram story, including one of the three posing for a sweet snap in front of a mirror.
In another post, the star posted a photo of a laptop on her bed with the caption, “Preparing for wedding while Mrs. takes a nap.”
She added a sticker that read, “Still not ready.”
Two days ago, Louisa sparkled for her wedding as she showed off new nails and drank champagne.
Last Tuesday, Louisa posted a photo of her hen, explaining that she had become a “Covid household” and would therefore stay at home.
“Last week this time,” Louisa wrote in the post. “Since we have a Covid household. Finally on the mend. Not what the doctor ordered.
“We were supposed to exchange our vows for our Italian wedding today! Instead, we cleaned the carpets that were covered in the sick.”
Staying positive, she closed the post by tagging her fiancé Ben and writing, “We’ll get there and it’ll be worth it.”
Louisa reassured her fans on her Instagram stories that her illness had “sounded more dramatic than it was”.
“We are getting married in Italy, but had to make our vows here [England]† To wrap up a week of Covid and another ‘wedding’ postponed, Riley decided to pee my laundry,” she joked.
Louisa and Ben have been together since 2017.
The happy couple got engaged in 2019.
They welcomed Aura into the world in September 2021.
