easyJet chaos: Passenger pushes his girlfriend aside and PUNCHES airport worker | UK | News

The assault by the aggressive passenger happened while holidaymakers were waiting to board an easyJet flight from Bristol to Alicante.

Somerset and Avon Police later confirmed that the 39-year-old man and 37-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of assault and given conditional warnings after interviews.

In the video, it appears that the woman is angry at easyJet staff as she sees her arms waving and screaming at them.

The man then storms off the bank and brutally pushes his partner out of the way as he chases after the two workers.

He knocks out the airport worker and then tries to get hold of another staff member.

One of the employees quickly manages to call security and a bystander tries to stop the chaos.

The quarrel between the angry holidaymaker and staff member continues as the man’s partner rises from the floor and starts pushing the workers.

She repeatedly tells two airport workers to “f ** k off” while one tries to give her bag or her back.

A spokesman for Avon and Somerset police told Bristol Live: “At around 9.30pm on Friday, June 17, Bristol airport officers responded to a report that members of security staff were assaulted after two people were stopped. to board a flight due to being drunk.

An increase in mistreatment of staff by frustrated passengers has been reported by some airport workers.

A recent poll showed that two-thirds of aviation workers say they experienced abuse that had a detrimental effect on their mental health. Workers also described how they were spit on and suffered homophobic abuse by frustrated travelers during this time, Wales Online reports.

However, it is not known what caused the recent brawl at Bristol Airport.

A Bristol Airport spokesman told The Sun: “Antisocial, violent or threatening behavior will not be accepted by Bristol Airport or airlines.

“While such incidents are rare, we take them very seriously and will fully support any police investigation.”
