There are deadly events in the village of Emmerdale that are about to have a major impact on several residents, not least Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb).

As memories of Holly’s death are brought to her, Moira confronts Suzy (Martelle Edinborough) about how she came up with the photo and why it was used in the presentation on Take A Vow.

But will the truth come out about how Suzy was involved?

Meanwhile, Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley) is struck by the sudden death of her boyfriend and soon makes a risky decision for the well-being of the young child left behind.

And there’s a big surprise for Liv Flaherty (Isobel Steele) when mommy Sandra (Joanne Mitchell) shows up as there’s more progress for Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) as he makes a huge gesture to Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt).

Monday 11 July

Priya and Suzy excitedly prepare for the HOP/Take A Vow showcase, unaware that the slideshow features a photo of Holly Barton the day she died. As Belle and Jai begin the presentation, Priya not only struggles to see a picture of herself without burns, but the problems escalate when the photo of Holly lights up and Moira chases Suzy for more information.

Suzy is trapped when Moira recognizes Holly’s dress as the one she wore the day she died.

Moira is desperate to know what happened, but her hopes are dashed when Suzy lies. Shortly after, Vanessa challenges Suzy, knowing she hasn’t told the truth about Holly and finally tells Suzy what really happened the night Holly died.

When Moira arrives, the two worry she’s being bugged, but instead Moira apologizes for lashing out earlier.

Vanessa is disappointed when Suzy doesn’t use this moment to tell Moira the truth and instead Suzy begs Vanessa to keep her a secret. But will Vanessa stay loyal to Suzy or her friend Moira?

Liv is frustrated when Sandra is forced to admit she owes four grand to a man named Terry. Sandra pleads her case to Vinny and Liv, adamant Terry has taken advantage of her.

Liv allows Sandra to stay and blocks Terry’s number, but there is a sense that Sandra is still lying about something.

Gabby becomes nauseous when she receives a visitation order from Noah and throws it away. Amelia sees it in the trash. But when she realizes she needs an ID to use the Visiting Order, she steals Gabby’s ID.

Marlon and Priya bond over their shared struggle.

Laurel is secretly interested when Rhona tells her what time Kit will be arriving and plans to make sure she sees him.

Before long, Liv and Vinny worry about trusting Sandra. But they are scared when a threatening Terry storms in, confronts Sandra and demands his money.

With Terry ramping up the pressure for his money, Sandra is relieved when Liv offers to pay for the money himself. Later at the town hall, Vinny worries that Liv’s plan to help her mother will backfire. Smug Terry takes their money, seemingly happy to be rid of Sandra.

In prison, Noah is shocked that it is Amelia instead of Gabby who has come to visit.

Sensing an opportunity to make Amelia confide in her, Lydia does her best to convince Amelia that she can do better if Amelia confesses her boy problems. But could Charles’s sermon undo Lydia’s work?

Liv is happy to hear that Sandra is doing better, and she vows to find her a job.

Dawn reveals to Kim how her best friend died of an overdose. Dawn is upset when she thinks it could have been her.

Paddy is overjoyed when Marlon asks him to be his best man.

Thursday 14^e July

Dawn is initially unsure whether she will attend her boyfriend’s funeral. But buoyed by Billy’s support, Dawn decides to attend. After the funeral, Dawn and friend Jade reflect on their past. Dawn knows it’s not a good idea if she agrees to go back to Jade’s. Upon arrival, Dawn finds a child in Jade’s worn-out house.

Dawn is stunned when a now drugged Jade reveals that the child (Clemmie) belongs to Beth and Clemmie doesn’t even know her mother has passed away. Soon, Dawn becomes nervous when a dangerous man enters.

Dawn tries to help Clemmie by offering to take her home for safety and even offers them money. But when things get nasty, Clemmie grabs Dawn’s hand and after an exchange of money and her shoes, Dawn and Clemmie leave.

When Dawn arrives in the village with Clemmie, Billy begs her to call Social Services and is concerned when Dawn refuses. Billy admits that Clemmie is staying with them overnight. But can Billy convince Dawn to do the right thing?

Nicola knows Jimmy will be home soon and knows she needs to open up to him about the toll the assault has taken on her mental health.

At first, Nicola avoids the conversation by showing up at the cafe at work. But before long, Jimmy is shocked to hear Nicola’s confession and decides to be there for her.

Nicola feels stronger because of his support. Back at home, Nicola shares the video of her attack and asks for information about her attackers. Jimmy uncomfortably backs her decision.

Matty struggles with being absent before Holly’s death.

Mandy is stunned when Vinny tells her that Liv’s mother has moved in. Later, Liv is happy with Mandy’s offer to help Sandra get a job. And soon Mandy offers Sandra a job in the salon.

With the video of Nicola’s attack gaining more attention, Nicola is determined to take down the girls responsible.

Bernice is shocked to see Nicola posted the video of her attack online. Soon Nicola is armed with the name of one of her attackers and calls PC Swirling with the update.

At the Salon, Sandra takes control. But Bernice isn’t happy that Sandra is shadowing her for a day. How will she be?
