What happened last year?

England was involved in three Autumn Internationals last year. In their first match they beat an outmatched Tonga 69-3 at Twickenham before putting on a great show beat Australia 32-15.

In the final game, England braced for an early lead against South Africa before being fed back by the visitors. The home side needed a last-minute penalty from Marcus Smith to come out with a 27-26 win.
