Both watches will be equipped with a speaker and microphone with support for Bluetooth calling and independent music playback. Amazfit is also adding its new 4PD BioTracker 4.0 PPG optical sensor, which should provide more accurate readings for heart rate, blood oxygen and stress levels throughout the day.

The software side is covered by the Zepp OS 2.0 interface. Users in some regions are also treated to Amazon Alexa built-in. Both watches come preloaded with some first-party Amzfit apps, but also support an enriched Mini App ecosystem with apps from the likes of GoPro and Home Connect, as well as a few mini-games.

Amazfit GTR 4 features a 475 mAh battery with a nominal capacity of 12 days with normal use, while GTS 4 gets a 300 mAh cell, which should give you 7 days between charges.
