One person has died after a collision between a car and a van near Te Awamutu.
The accident on Paterangi Rd was reported to police at 5:50 PM on Sunday.
The driver of the bus was seriously injured and died on the spot, police said.
The driver of the car was unharmed.
An investigation is underway into the circumstances of the accident.
