A video posted on Instagram shows Sweetin, dressed in black with a megaphone, closing a Los Angeles Police Department police officer who lined up across the freeway.
Police officers suddenly pushed Sweetin back towards the crowd, crossing the curb and stumbling on the highway where a group of protesters caught her.

Photographer Michael Ade, the original poster for the Instagram video, claimed in his post that Sweetin was thrown to the ground while trying to keep a group of peaceful protesters away from the freeway.
