LOVE Island fans are sure that Gemma Owen and Luca Bish have secretly decided not to re-couple with anyone else if one of them goes to Casa Amor.
The contestants on ITV2’s dating show tonight will be forced to choose between the newcomer and their original partners in dramatic scenes.
Gemma, 19, left with the girls for Casa Amor last week, while Luca, 23, was staying in the original villa when six bombs came in hoping he would turn on at least one of them.
But both of them seemed quite loyal to each other and will likely remain paired tonight, despite the drama unfolding around them.
Fans believe the reason the couple are staying together is because they made a “secret pact” during their private night at the Hideaway.
They pointed out that the usually clingy and insecure Luca seems very relaxed about what Gemma is up to at Casa Amor.
“They’re both so undisturbed and sure they’ll be faithful. Even Luca isn’t paranoid about what Gemma is doing. I feel like they definitely talked about it, hence the goodbye kiss Gemma gave Luca, they knew that both,” one fan wrote on Reddit.
Another added: “yeah ngl i’m surprised luca isn’t paranoid in what gemmas is doing because that’s exactly what i thought he would do for casa amor. To be honest, even if he was paranoid, I doubt he would talk to the guys about it.”
And a third commented: “I feel like these two had a long chat in the hideout…they knew exactly where each other stood, no questions asked…even Luca wasn’t stressing! (I feel like we missed a lot between the two of them). The communication skills between the two seem great, they listen and apply! Kudos to them. I’m excited to see their reunion.”
ITV treats fans to an extra five minutes of drama as new couples form and heartbreak is dealt out in brutal scenes.
A Love Island source told us: “It’s one of the best Love Island episodes ever filmed. It’s really explosive – viewers will be shocked at how much drama kicks off tonight.
“There are tears, fights, heartbreak. In eight series there has never been a more explosive show. Fans have to cancel plans to stay in and watch – it’s that good.”
