Good morning America co-hosts Amy Robach and TJ Holmes have set tongues wagging after photos were published of them looking very comfortable in each other’s company.
The two anchors have enjoyed a friendship and great on-screen chemistry since Holmes joined Robach in the GMA3 lunchtime segment, but now it’s speculated that it led to some real romance.
The couple, who have both been married to other people since 2010, were photographed holding hands in the back of a cab as they enjoyed drinks together at O’Donoghue’s Irish bar in Times Square.
They were also seen standing by a car when they visited a cottage during an outing in New York’s Shawangunk Mountains, where 45-year-old Holmes appeared to place his hand on 49-year-old Robach’s back.
In conjunction with the response, Robach’s Instagram account has reportedly been deactivated, while Holmes’s is also down.
With conflicting reports on the nature of their relationship and when it began, a source has claimed that the pair were in fact “publicly dating” after separating from their respective spouses over the summer.
“These were two consenting adults who were each separated. They both broke up with their spouses in August, within weeks of each other,” the insider said told People.
“The relationship only started after that.”
The alleged couple also flew to London to jointly report on Queen Elizabeth II’s platinum anniversary in June.

Amy Robach has been married twice, first getting married in 1996 to former baseball player Tim McIntosh.
The couple had two daughters: Ava in 2002 and Analise, born in 2006.
She then filed for an undisputed divorce in 2008.
Robach is said to have met her second husband, TV presenter and actor Andrew Shue, 55, at a book party in April of the same year.
They became engaged in September 2009 before marrying on Robach’s 37th birthday in February 2010 at a waterfront venue in New York City.
Through Melrose Place star Shue, Robach is stepmom to his three sons from a previous marriage, Nate, 25, Aidan, 23, and Wyatt, 18.
Shue has supported Robach through a long battle with breast cancer, being diagnosed in November 2013 after undergoing a mammogram on live TV the previous month.
She underwent a grueling regimen of chemotherapy, radiation and reconstructive surgery after a second tumor was discovered and the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes.
In 2015, Robach said her cancer had made their marriage “stronger,” but admitted it had been a real challenge at first.
She said to people at the time, “This wasn’t something I wish on anyone’s marriage, but I think it was especially hard on a newer marriage.” Suddenly I felt like I needed him in a very needy way, and that’s not my personality.
‘When I had my crisis, I completely collapsed. It threw everything up in the air. It was tough for several months.’
The pair have also always been outspoken about raising a blended family, leading to descriptions of them as a modern-day Brady Bunch.
Robach and Shue ran the New York City Marathon together in 2019, in support of New York Road Runner’s Team for Kids, an organization that raises money for youth programs.
The run coincided with Robach’s six-year cancer celebration.
In 2021, the husband and wife wrote a book called Better Together, inspired by their family.
In July this year, they enjoyed a trip to Athens, Greece, where Robach shared a beautiful photo on her Instagram account before it was deactivated.

TJ Holmes has also been married twice.
He is the father of daughter Briana and son Jaiden with Amy Ferson, whom he later married.
However, the couple broke up in 2007.
He later married second wife, attorney Marilee Fiebig, in March 2010 in Memphis, Tennessee.
The couple welcomed their daughter, Sabine, in January 2013, making Holmes a father of three.
The former MSNBC correspondent toasted their 10th anniversary in March 2020 with a gushing tribute on Facebook where he admitted he had given her “enough reasons” to leave.
“Despite my best efforts, she has remained married to me for the past 10 years,” he explains in a post that has since gone viral since news of his alleged relationship with Amy Robach came to light.
‘That’s no exaggeration. I’m not dramatic. I’ve given her plenty of reasons, excuses, and opportunities to make her freak out,” he continued.
But instead, with her built-in superpower for black women, she showed an incomprehensible grace and patience. Asking her for another 10 years would be asking too much. Another 10 months? That may even be a stretch. If she gives me another 10 weeks, I’ll count myself lucky. If she can put up with me for another 10 days, I’d be grateful.
“But if she took another 10 minutes of her time for me today, I’d be blessed.”
