Harry and Meghan to turn Archie and Lilibet into ‘TV superstars’ in exchange for Netflix box office | Royal | News

The couple retired as working royals and moved to the US in 2020, causing a stir in the royal family. At the time, part of their announcement was that they were planning to become financially independent. Since then, it has been reported that they are working on a documentary series depicting their lives in California, as part of a multi-million deal with Netflix.

A royal biographer recently blew the couple up on their intentions to showcase their daily lives, including their children, in exchange for money.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have two children together – Archie, three, and Lilibet, one.

Duncan Larcombe spoke to Bella magazine and suggested that the two toddlers would most likely be on screen.

He said, “How can you have a fly-on-the-wall documentation and not show the kids?”

And added: “So, are they going to turn Archie and Lilibet into TV superstars just because Netflix pays them a lot of money?”

Mr Larcombe added the details of their reality series and shared: “If the amounts involved are accurate – Netflix is going to want more than footage of Prince Harry doing the dishes.”

He explained to Bella Magazine: “They will have to point out the reality of life in the world of Harry and Meghan.

“We could see who was wearing the pants, and their arguments and rows.”

“You can imagine the revelations that can come from conversations that are filmed and broadcast.”

The expert also claimed that the production in partnership with the current giant is a “desperate” move, which is contrary to the couple’s struggle for privacy.
