We already knew that the Nova 10 series was in the works. In fact, a previous leak has already provided a rough estimate for a July launch and some versions and specifications. Nothing compares to today’s fresh and fairly massive leak, which contains at least two different models – the Nova 10 and the Nova 10 Pro.
Let’s start with the vivid image first. It displays what appears to be the Nova 10 Pro on the far right in silver – a slightly higher phone with a clearly outstanding camera island, just like in earlier photos and versions. Next to the photo is the regular Huawei Nova 10 in a trio of striking colors and a similar, slightly more compact design.
Then we have some images with fairly detailed specifications to look at. Let’s start with the Nova 10 Pro. It measures 164.24 x 74.45 x 7.88 mm and tilts the scale to 191 grams. It has a 6.67-inch, FullHD + (2652 x 1200px), 120Hz OLED screen. At its core is a Snapdragon 778G 4G disk drive with 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of storage. That combination launches HarmonyOS 2 and is powered by a 4,500 mAh battery with 100W charge.
Huawei Nova 10 Pro
For cameras, the Huawei Nova 10 Pro has a 50MP, f / 1.8 primary snapper at the rear, along with an 8MP, f / 2.2 ultra-wide and an additional f / 2.4 depth sensor. On the selfie side, the phone has two cameras – one 60MP, f / 2.4 ultra-wide and an 8MP, f / 2.2 portrait camera.
Huawei New 10 is a slightly smaller device measuring 162.18 x 73.91 x 6.88 mm with a weight of 168 grams. The OLED screen diagonal is also smaller at 6.67 inches, but it is still a FullHD + (2400 x 1080px) resolution and has a 120Hz refresh rate. Like its bigger brother, the Nova 10 is powered by a Snapdragon 778G 4G disk drive with 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of storage. HarmonyOS 2 is just like that on board, while the battery is reduced to 4,000 mAh with 66W fast charging.
Huawei Nova 10
The rear camera setup looks almost identical, but not quite – a 50MP, f / 1.9 primary shooter with an 8MP, f / 2.2 ultra-wide and an nf / 2.4 depth sensor. The regular Nova 10 lacks the portrait selfie camera of its brother and sister and has only the 60MP, f / 2.4 ultra-wide.
Like we said, we expect the Huawei Nova 10 family to be unveiled sometime next month. There is still no word on prices.
