Prime Minister Lord Keir Starmer won't be particularly impressed when he discovers that his name is written incorrectly on his letterbox in the House of Commons.
Journalist Stefan Boscia shared a photo of the letterbox on X, which shows the Labour leader's name spelled 'Sir Kier Starmer.'
Mr Boscia added: “Of all the names that are wrong.”
In their reactions to the post, commenters joked about the Prime Minister.
User Stephen Fielding said: “He's also in the second tier. Does that mean he is indeed a Keir in the second tier?”
Such mistakes can happen in politics, as Labour's general election campaign earlier this summer showed.
The party had to remove a video after a typo was found in it.
The clip included the phrase “switch on GB Energy”, referring to Labour's plan to set up a new, public energy company.
In the video, Sir Keir said: “It's time for change. Britain is a great and proud country, but after 14 years under the Toriesnothing seems to work anymore.”
Just a few weeks later, the Conservatives took aim at Labour after the party misspelled its candidate's name in election literature in Barrow and Furness.
Michelle Scrogham's name was spelled “Micelle,” as the flyer stated: “Micelle is a local and was born and raised here.”
Conservative candidate Simon Fell said: “There has been a worrying lack of attention to detail, the single most important issue facing Barrow at this election.
“But we all make mistakes, just like she, who twice supported Jeremy Corbyn when he could have closed our biggest employer in the blink of an eye.”
A Labour Party spokesman said at the time: “The Conservatives are really getting desperate if this is what they focus on.”
