A DIY’er has revealed how to create a cute decor with an unconventional and inexpensive Dollar Tree product.
Hometalk on YouTube has made a video that shows how you can make a unique outdoor decoration with wooden mini pallets from the discount chain.

The DIY channel with more than 900,000 subscribers, the video posted the caption, “$1.25 mini pallets from Dollar Tree may not look like much on the shelf, but there are 3 great ways DIYers have turned them into cute decor. “
The YouTuber picked up several mini pallets for the first project, along with some artificial flowers and plastic succulents.
After the stickers were removed from the pallets, Hometalk attached seven of them together with wood glue.
The do-it-yourselfer arranged the pallets in an interesting design before taking apart the artificial flowers and succulents to decorate the new canvas.
“If your fabric flowers have a long stem, cut them to size,” said the Hometalk narrator.
She then used a hot glue gun to attach the flowers to the wooden pallets.
“Bring out your flower hanger, hang it up and show it off,” said the DIYer, showing off the simple decorating idea.
Hometalk also showed how to use inexpensive Dollar Tree cloths to create unique photo frames.
The YouTuber used pliers to take the staples off the back of the canvas and removed it to leave the blank frame.
Then the DIY genius took wide popsicle sticks and glued them over the empty frames.
Finally, she used a hot glue gun to connect all the empty frames and added some succulents for extra decoration.
Just add a few photos to the empty frames and you have a unique picture frame that would look great in a living room.
“I literally spent less than $15 dollars on all the essentials, and I think it turned out great,” said the DIY YouTuber.
