An excited Brentford fan was accidentally sent a dozen “top secret” Premier League balls.
Miki Morrison was expecting a hoodie when he found it Nike prototypes delivered in a box by courier company DPD.
The electrician, 27, said: “As soon as I saw they were… Eredivisie standard, I got pretty excited.
“My hoodie only cost a few pounds, but these balls are just priceless.”
Four boxes of next season’s test balls had been sent to Brentford’s training ground close to Miki’s home in Hounslow, West London.
They were specially embossed with Nike Flight 2023-2024.

Club bosses and Nike panicked when one went missing.
It is thought that the mix-up happened when a sticker with Miki’s address was put on the box.
A Nike source said: “Losing 12 was a big concern.
“They are top secret until next season.”
Relieved club bosses gathered the balls after The Sun warned them – and Miki finally got his hoodie.
A DPD spokeswoman apologized for the mistake last night.
