Rivers Governor Nyesom Wike has revealed that he will break his silence on recent events in the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) that led to the emergence of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar as the party’s presidential candidate and his subsequent rejection of wiki. to nominate Delta Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as vice presidential candidate.

Wike’s tweet comes hours after his special assistant at Media, Kelvin Ebiri, issued a statement on Saturday, July 23 in Port Harcourt that it is pertinent for him to reveal to Nigerians everything that has happened in the PDP since the rise of Atiku Abubakar’s ticket .
“I will speak about Atiku shortly, and the Nigerians will know the real truth of everything that has happened in the PDP lately,” he is said to have been quoted in the statement.
In the party’s presidential primaries held in May, Atiku won 371 votes to come forward as the PDP’s flag bearer, ahead of Wike, who scored 237 votes to take second in the contest.
