Tried her parts tips against aging on TikTok, Natalie Bright confessed that many girls don’t want to be friends with her when they find out how old she really is.

The 41-year-old could easily be mistaken for 20 years younger than she actually is, leaving viewers in awe of her youthful appearance.

Of course, there’s nothing wrong with aging naturally, but if you want to turn back the clock a bit, Natalie’s tips are easy to follow.

The beauty buff revealed that she avoids three things to slow down the aging process.

Eating late at night is a big no-no for starters.

“Avoid inflammation and let your body heal overnight,” she captioned the now-viral clip.

The stunner also avoids seed oils like canola, sunflower, and bran and sticks to alternatives like olive oil.

Though she admits that this tip can be “frustrating” at times because they’re in so many foods.

Finally, Natalie explained that she also doesn’t drink alcohol to maintain her ageless glow.

Viewers couldn’t believe how good the anti-aging queen looked, but weren’t sure they could commit to her hacks.

“It’s so hard to stop late night snacking,” one person commented.

But Natalie agreed and confessed that she hadn’t always avoided drinking and eating late at night.

She said, “I was always getting drunk and eating and didn’t even remember eating.”

Meanwhile, other users agreed with her tips.

One of them said, “Yes! I avoid seed oil at all costs and drink 1-3 drinks a month at the most.”
