THE Kardashians are notorious for their strict health regimes and toned bodies.
But until their new series on HULU, no one knew exactly how they built so much muscle.
When a scene of Kim and Khloe at the gym was featured in the show, people were quick to judge their workouts.
In a TikTok video, fitness coach Sophia Nichole tries out Khloe’s workout routine and is shocked at how tough it actually is.
Sophia is convinced to try it after a comment was left on a previous video disapproving of the show’s gym clip.
The workout consists of six exercises, two to four sets each.
Starting with legs, the first exercise is a side step with dumbbells.
You do this four times, each for 30 seconds.
“This was hard, my quads were burning,” Sophia says.
Aside from the weights, the next exercise is triceps dips in tricep pushups.
You do four times 10 reps for each.
Next, Sophia moves to the forearm plank and then to the rock climbers.
Both are done four times, each 15 seconds.
Pick up the weights again, the workout transitions into thruster squats and a curl.
Again, four times and 10 reps each.
Sophia doesn’t like this part and especially the next one, leg raises into side leg raises.
She says, “I would always outsource these for something else.”
After the leg raises, the whole body is involved in step-ups.
You hold a weight on your chest and do 10 reps twice.
Finishing on the arm muscles, the last exercise is two, fifteen seconds, a single arm plank.
After completing the whole routine, Sophia admits that it was very difficult.
“Yeah, that kicked my ass,” she says.
However, she also says there are some things she would change to make it more “composite” and “HIIT”.
