IF you’re feeling sexy this summer, you’re not alone.
According to experts, the sun helps stimulate the body’s production of vitamin D and testosterone in men, which can lead to better orgasms.
But how do you have sex in a heat wave, when a little action in the bedroom can make you sweaty or sluggish?
If you want to satisfy your cravings, a therapist has given her top tips for getting some action in the heat.
Marisa Peer said to the Mirror: “Sex is meant to be a hot and steamy affair, but we Brits are not used to dealing with a heat wave and tend to wilt when the temperature gets too hot.”
She advised keeping your curtains and blinds closed during the day to prevent heat from entering.

She added, “When it’s time for bed, you should discover that your bedroom is a cool and welcoming retreat.”
Marisa also told you to moisten your top sheet with cold water, saying, “Not only will it give you love, but it will lower the temperature of the whole room.”
She also said you can put a damp sheet between your fan and the bed as it will cool the air.
Another trick is to put some ice in your foreplay, or fill a spray bottle with water for the hottest moments.
Alternatively, having sex in a cool shower can be a fun way to escape the heat.
As for sex positions, Marisa said you should avoid missionary until the temperature cools down because bodies are so close together.
Enjoying!
