In a video dedicated to “what not to do a week before your wedding, Tania set out the biggest mistakes as well as how to fix them.

The wedding planner spoke directly to the camera and her followers and said: “So you are not too sure what to do a week before the wedding – well, I’m going to tell you.

“For those who do not know me, I am Tania and I am a British, worldwide award-winning wedding planner.

“And I’m here to help and give you tips and tricks and really have some fun on TikTok.”

Tania then lifted the lid, remembering moments during her career where she saw brides and grooms constantly making the same mistakes – especially when it comes to beauty treatments.

“So the first thing I would say is please avoid any face wash, or face wash before your wedding.”

However, she added a warning of: “Unless you always do it and you know your skin, then great, let’s do it.”

Tania’s second piece of advice was to similarly avoid booking yourself in for a spray tan or tan treatment.

She continued: “Again, unless you do it all the time, I will avoid spray brown.

“One, it really appears in your photos, and two, you do not want brown spots on your suits or dresses, whatever you wear.”

Tania then said she suggested people not get a facial or experiment with new skin products so close to the ceremony.

She added: “Again, you do not want your skin to have a reaction to the new products you are going to use, and you want to keep it clear. So stick to your old routine. ”

The fourth thing Tania said she saw was people completely changing or coloring their hair.

While Tania’s fifth tip was not to start a new exercise routine that you are not used to, as you can pull or stretch a muscle.

A similar thing can be said for a crash diet. Tania added: “No one needs to diet anyway, because you are beautiful as you are.

“But if you want to diet before your wedding, please see a professional for it.”

Tania’s last no-go’s is not to get a photographer the night before, not to argue with anyone in the last seven days.

She also said many do not allow themselves time to stop to enjoy the run-up properly and that the tenth and last thing to be banned is any and last minute changes to the marriage.
