MANY women continue their exercise regimen when they are pregnant.

But one mom-to-be, who has been exercising consistently since she got pregnant, insists she’s not doing it just to be healthy.

Lariss took to TikTok to admit she works out during pregnancy to ensure she can be the greatest MILF when her baby is born

Instead, she can look good after having her child.

In addition to a video of himself at the gym, Lariss – who is now seven months pregnant – explained on TikTok: “I don’t exercise while I’m pregnant to be healthy.

“I work out while I’m pregnant so when I’m in labor I can be the hottest MILF walking down the street to get my morning coffee, looking cute and pushing my stroller.

“And then when I walk past people who look all ripped off and fit and hot, they think, ‘Damn, I hope I look like her when I’m a mom.'”

She concluded her video by adding, “Yeah, I also exercise because it’s good for me and the baby.”

However, her decision to continue exercising during her pregnancy has always divided opinion among people in the comments section of her videos.

But Lariss hit back in another video of herself working out, as she insisted: “My body is used to strength training and I listen to my body. When tired I rest, when I have energy use I it.

“And all the comments that tell me not to exercise – are you my doctor?”

Others insisted that Lariss’ continued practice would make her labor easier, writing, “Your labor is supposed to be easier! You look great.”

“I heard that too! Fingers crossed hehe,” Lariss replied.
