The Warriors’ journey to Shark Park to face a star-studded Cronulla side only got tougher with their captain Tohu Harris ruled out with injury.
Veteran Lock Harris has been pulled from the Warriors’ lineup after failing a fitness test due to a knee injury sustained during the first half of their 16-14 victory over the Bulldogs at Mt Smart Stadium last weekend.
Coach Andrew Webster had named his inspirational skipper in his starting XIII in hopes of proving his fitness.
However, Harris had not recovered enough to play a part and was subsequently taken off the squad and replaced by veteran Dylan Walker, who has been promoted from the substitutes bench.
Josh Curran has been added to the reserves with hooker Wayde Egan – returning from a week off following a concussion – as captain.

Warriors captain Tohu Harris has been in fine form this season, but will miss the Sharks clash with a knee injury.
With deadlock Te Maire Martin ruled out by a concussion, promising youngster Ronald Volkman teams up with the in-form Shaun Johnson in halves for the third time in his three match NRL career.
The Warriors got off to a promising start under new coach Webster, winning three of their four games to rank 5th on the ladder.
Meanwhile, the Sharks have won two and lost two of their games, though they showed their class last weekend by beating the Dragons 40-8.
